From 1976 TORNOVA SRL is a reliable partner able to satisfy every needs in the field of the production of PRECISION TURNED PARTS for different industrial markets such as: automotive, telecommunication systems, electromechanics, pressure and temperature, oleodynamics, pneumatics, heating and cooling systems, medical, etc. Through our experience we can suggest solutions to REDUCE THE COSTS and improve the functionality of the parts we produce. We also give a LOGISTIC support to our customers through agreements for the keeping in stock of the parts we supply them. We don??t want to be just a supplier but we want to be a PARTNER for our customers and we work every day to reach that target looking for continuous improvements. Our FLEET OF MACHINES consist of: - multispindle lathes (CNC) for parts till diameter 42 mm - monospindle CNC lathes for parts till diameter 60 mm - wireworking lathes for parts till diameter 5 mm The different kind of machineries we have allow us to satisfy all the different needs of our customers, for the DIMENSION of the items to produce (from 1 mm to 60 mm) and for the dimension of the LOTS to produce (from 1.000 pcs to 10.000.000 pcs) We work all the metallic MATERIALS suitable for the tooling machines such as: - Brass - Steel - Stainless steel - Alluminium - Copper - Ecobrass Our production system is certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Obtaining this certification was only a first step towards the continuous improvement of the quality system and of the whole company organization. The QUALITY of our products is guaranteed from different steps of control we have during the production cycle and from the high quality testing instruments we use: 3-dimensional testing machine, projector of profile, millesimal micrometers and dial indicators, goes/doesn??t go gauges for theads and holes, roughness machine, etc. The commitment of the company is to continue in the improvement of the quality of the products and services in order to achive the maximum customers satisfation. We are considered ??A-class?? supplier from our customers and continuous investements are made evey year, both in human resources and instruments, to reach this result
